Booking Requirements and Cancellation Policy

As we are a small business, our staffing needs are based on the number of check-ins per day. Lost bookings represent a loss to us and a missed opportunity for others; therefore, the following reservation and cancellation policies shall apply:
1 night rate for deposit on all totals is taken at time of placing reservation; Pay by Visa or Mastercard. Full payment is due upon arrival.

When you make your reservation a deposit fee amounting to the rate you are paying per night will be put on your Visa or Mastercard. Should your plans change and you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. When you cancel up to 21 days prior to your arrival, you will reeceive a refund for your deposit. All cancellations prior to 21 days from arrival date are fully refunded, minus a $15.00 service charge.

Please note: $15.00 service charge applies to all cancellations due to any circumstances. This amount shall cover all credit card charges occurred for placing and refunding amounts, and all paperwork involved in placing and cancelling reservations.
If you cancel for any reason within 21 days prior to your arrival date, we will retain the entire amount of the deposit as a cancellation fee.

Should the cottages become re-reserved, all moneys shall be refunded in full. After 30 days prior to check-in, you will be held responsible for all nights that do NOT become rebooked.

Please contact us if you are interested in staying with us during high or regular season for less than our minimum stay as we may be able to accommodate you if your request fits with vacancies we have between reservations.
HST (14% respectively) must be added to all rates. Deposit required confirming reservation. Early checkout fee applied. American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card accepted.
